"Experiencing business on a global scale. Becoming familiar with characteristics and work ethics of various cultures. There is so much to learn from other cultures!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Naturally, I would ask where the company and management see the position going in five years. Also, what adjustments has the company made to address financial challenges. Are they finished making adjustments Why is the position available Also, what is the management style of the hiring manager Celestica management is divided, some are old school and some are very progressive. (Communication and adequate approach is key for a success.)"

What don't you like about working at Celestica?

"That the economy required them to eliminate a travel budget and training for Global IT."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Strengthening security at South American sites where product and parts have gone missing. Implement consequences for lack of training and borrowed IDs. (One shipping employee was undertrained and caused the company to lose an 8 Billion dollar customer.)"
