"Management lacks integrity"

"All managers except two production managers were new within a year's span. Around the 5-6 year mark the company was already on its 7th general manager. The company had high turnover. A lot of folks who worked there completely lacked accountability and punctuality. It was a mess to say the least. However, there was an abundance of problems to get great experience."

"Take job only if you are desperate, but do not stop looking. If you accept an offer, make sure you get a good high pay, as there is not much more in future."

"completely incompetent middle and upper management. few bright stars, all looking for work at another place."

"I gave them my recommendations, none were followed five years ago. None will be followed now."
