"The people who worked for te company were all very wellcoming and commited to an open door policy. This was a cononvinient way of pasing by a co-woker's door who is a technical reference and quickly finding out if they could talk about issues they were having."

"People are very frinedly at this company and will value honest and integraty above everything else. The company has an excellent company and business model and is in a solid position now and for the future."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I thought that management was good and that thing ran smoothly within the company. The only thing I would sugest would be to have more performance reviews for young professionals. Either this is another informal way of analyzing the employee's work and making critical sugestions."
