Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They are big on panel interviews, with at least 6 people in the room including the manager. After that, you may be going to lunch with the Team Lead and the Manager to a fancy restaurant. Then you will be taken back to the office for a technical evaluation on one of their workstations. If you do reasonably well, you may be interviewed again by the hiring Manager. Expect to be there the entire business day."

"If you like to work in a boring work environment, then Cedar is the place for you. They were all work and no play."

"Management needs to lighten up a little, and let your employees feel empowered."
