What do you like about working at CDI Corp.?

"I like the client that I work for. The benefits are good and the money is better than 95% of other places, even direct hire. The people are nice and having flexibility with time off is great."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Decide if contracting is what you really want to do. I am one that does not like so much change, and I do not believe that this line of work is for me. If you are ok with change, CDI is really great."

What don't you like about working at CDI Corp.?

"I don't like contracting. I worked very hard for a year to secure my position and lost it anyway. I do not believe that I will do any contracting work again."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"CDI overall is a great place. I think everyone that I have had contact with has been great!"
