"I like the structure of the organization, it is very well developed, and makes alot of sense. The people of cdg are really on ball as far as making sure you succeed"

"be assertive, alert, and know what your talking about"
What don't you like about working at CDG Management?
"they are just consultants. The director are actually members of the organization. They usually have no concept of performance especially the retired sherriff who was racist and forced me to make decision based on race. I refused to follow then so I chose to part ways. CDG is great though if it was not for the director of of the organizaton I would prob still be there"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"keep the directors out of the performance end of things"
