"I have worked here for a year and a half. While I am surrounded by highly intelligent co-workers, and get to work in a collaborative environment while maintaining a sense of autonomy, there are several grievances I have with my employer. We use a proprietary server-side rendering language, which is a skill that I won't be able to bring with me to another position. We also use technology that I don't often see at other companies in 2020, such as jQuery, SASS, and Bootstrap. I have worked here for about a year and a half and have never had a performance review or a raise."

However, the company uses a lot technologies that are outdated or not frequently used. I have not seen many opportunities for growth."
