"- lower expectation in the company- do not work in the London or New-York office: you will lose most of you pay"

What don't you like about working at CD-adapco?

"- the favoritism in pay towards certain people: the pay scale is totally illogical and nonsensical- the top management brags about having new cars, new expensive watch, etc... are not humble people and do not work much or efficiently- the decisions are not made on a fact-based methodology. It is totally disgraceful- the people will the technical knowledge are not valued- unfair or uneven priviledges towards people who have not a good technical knowledge but look nice"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"- resign: you have no place in an engineering related company- change location from London and New-York, the people who work hard and decently in the company are the ones who commute the most and have a really hard and unpleasant living."
