"CCSI is an organization that is dedicated to helping others locally and Nationally. As a telephone representative I was able to assist local residents with providing resources such as food banks, homeless prevention, rent assistance, etc. I also served as a counselor for the National Suicide Prevention Line during the Pandemic which I believe was a big help for the citizens of this Country during a time of isolation. My superiors are great individuals with a passion to help and train you as much as you need. They are always available and very knowledgeable about the task performed on a daily basis, which is astonishing seeing as this is literally a 24/7 operation."
