"The Culture, it has gone from a '' open door policey to a militray pecking order. This has created a very poor flow of communication and information."

"If I had the opportunity to change the structure of the company, I would have much more communication from upper management to the employees, no matter what department people work in the need to know the goals, vision and direction the company wants to go, and grow."
