What do you like about working at CC1?

"The technology is very interesting, all real time application, working in a very low level, hand crafting network packets, writing drivers, image processing."

What don't you like about working at CC1?

"Very small company, its a mom and pop business, the owner (my boss) haven't been around the block, he didn't see how a real corporate is run. the owner vision, managing skill and human relation skill need improvements"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest to get some education, either hire a professional organization that will walk them through the steps how to run a business, or higher a strong business oriented manager to run it. My boss and his siblings, are very professional strong engineers, but they luck other skills."
