4.3I worked at CBTS's Louisville branch for the better part of 2013 and into 2014. Management was unfailingly helpful, and tried their best to make working conditions pleasing. The other development staff were knowledgeable and friendly, the work challenging and the compensation fair. My only complaint was that the office space was... not ideal. This was offset some by the very open remoting policy. Had I not needed to leave the state, I'd likely still be there.
4.7Love working for CBTS and Mercy Health. Pay is great and working environment is friendly. I have been working well with them to learn and grow with the company and look forward to working for them for quite a while. We are able to work at our own pace and are able to collaborate with coworkers to complete our tasks so that the users can function at their jobs. I would recommend anyone to work for CBTS or Mercy Health.
4.4CBTS has many connections in the IT industry. They offer all the tools needed for their employees to succeed. CBTS empowers their employees to take the bull by the horns to close their deals without micromanaging. Areas they could improve upon would be the on-boarding of & continuing education for the Professional Services team.
