"No opportunity for promotion or pay increase. I'll never be able to support a family working at CBS Radio."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Their lack of pay is causing a huge and frequent turnaround in employees. Paying more reasonably I believe would even out by saving money in training new people and remedy a lot of the resulting confusion. Long term quality employees would benefit this company."
