"Nothing- The staff is afraid to take risks, the job atmosphere is stale, and no surprise they really aren't doing too well. Instead of following a spiral downtrend of radio performers (look at each market and you'll see that none of the stations are really top 5)- This company likes settling for less...."

"If you have no goals, no motive for success, alert the management, and I'm sure you'll get the gig...."

What don't you like about working at CBS Broadcasting?

"Old school way of thinking, no innovation what so ever, still on a paper system"
