"I think they are a great company to work for. Everyone at the corporate office was very nice and professional. They are a very good company and hopefully they will bounce back."

What don't you like about working at CBL & Associates Properties?

"They should have gotten rid of the people who weren't doing anything to advance the company's bottom line. I really feel they let the best and the brightest go and kept the status quo employees"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would tell them that the mall is lead by trends and don't let your long-time mall managers sit in their office and act like they can just ride it out. We knew we were headed for a bad time with our local economy taking a nose-dive because we are so dependent on the car industry and I would give suggestions to go after the people who were taking buyouts from GM and try to get them to start small business in the mall and they wouldn't even consider the possibilities."
