"there is no micro managing. In my opinion, that is a trait for companies with irresponsible staff."

"It is a pleasant place to work, however this question is moot, since they are laying off. that is the reason for me looking."
What don't you like about working at CBE Technologies?
"We are a support center, and as such need to support products the company sells. There is no training on said products. We are expected to support things we have never seen before."

"I suggest that they make communication a very high priority, which they have begun to undertake. weekly staff, and quarterly corporate meetings have been scheduled and adhered to."
