"I’ve worked at Cazenovia Recovery since 2016. In that time, I’ve realized that the administration treats everyone as replaceable and doesn’t appreciate the hard work done by everyone to keep their programs running smoothly. In addition, their pay is unequal amongst staff. Lastly and most importantly, the residents do not come first as their mission claims. In fact, money and profit is their first priority and they do not care about the quality of life of the residents residing in their treatment programs."
