"Management shouldn't expect quality when the pay is cheap The company wanted to maintain these unreasonable standards when they don't even give a good offer. Their implementations are WEAK, leadership is POOR, as well as pay. You can't expect quality if you're paying cheap. That's what the management needs to understand but they still don't get it!"
