"Pretty much everything else. The customers were horrible, your dm is horrible. Corp was cool some of the times. They expected your life to revolve around the job. They expect the Store manager to carry all the sales in the store and run everything else. Not always possible or even healthy to expect so much out of one person. The company is cheap. Its next to impossible to get a raise. My dm was shady. Never could tell the truth, always felt like she was up to something"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start paying your store managers more, offer health benefits to all full time employees. Have an open policy with information passed to employees. I always felt I was n the dark"
