"If you get a job working for this company, do not try to help your superior out by fixing their slip ups with out letting their superior know what is going on."

"They put a long term employee in my job, but instead of just saying that they needed to lay me off for this man to have my place, they fabricated excuses that could effect my future employment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When someone says that something is happening or that something is wrong with a job, do a more thorough investigation before letting people go."
