"This company is encumbered by middle management weight that does little to increase production. The oddest issues for an originator is the limited access one has to the processors. For all of the clamor about a high tech environment, they have failed to see the forest for the trees. Too much is made of their ability to be virtual. There are just some things that are best done in person or on the telephone. Program development is notoriously slow. I am not sure if this is due to the over emphasis of technology or high turnover rate of middle management. Top executives have a solid understanding of the market, but are just so-so at making personnel decisions. This could be a result of slow transitions during this latest downturn.
