"I liked the travel , I had to travel to different refinery plant . Oil and Gas Petro chemical industries."

"It's a turn around company . Being said it's a specialty contractors . Meaning it's providing quick fixer upper only . To a point where you 'll be layed off. when you know the project is been completed ."
What don't you like about working at Cat-Spec?
"The schedule changing out of no where they have cancel and reschedule work duties . Due to weather or turnkey situations."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do some thing to make the company not spend excess supplies , and waste of manpower hours and equipment ."
