"Know who you are interviewing for. Do some research. And know what is expected of you and do your bet to acheive it and youwill succeed."
What don't you like about working at Casual Male Retail Group?
"Constant change in District Managers. Not being able to have a say in what your clothing your store is selling. No one knows your customers better tan you. Also, my store was robbed and I was the only one there it did not seem no one cared. Should have had some type of counseling. Also, there were no security cameras and the store is not in a safe area. I lioved working for Casual Male but because of the location it just wasn't worth it to stay."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't change District Managers so often. Allow the people in the stores to have a say in what they are selling."

"Its a good place to get experience in management, small locations, low volume. This allows you to test your abilities."

"Return policy too lenient, product returnable if worn for years, unwashed, unsellable. Hard to retain staff, wages set too low. Customers angry that we didn't fit with consumer group."
