What don't you like about working at Casson Duncan Construction?
"At the time I worked thier the project was nearing completion and the company was going to downsize theconstructionstaff after completion. Middle management made no secret of this and made it a competition to please the jobsite superintendent to keep your job. Pleasing the jobsite superintendent sometimes came at the cost of doing your job well or spending time with your family."

"Make the job about the job, let the quality of a persons work be the most important factor in someone advancement."
