"Life at Culpepper has changed drastically over the past year. It's gone from an insanely fun, lax, and entertaining corporate culture to a micro-management, no tolerance nightmare. I love my team to death, can't stand our supervisor or his management style though. My teammates kind of make up for the hassles we deal with every day. The chain of command is straight-forward but every decision always comes down to what our president thinks. Rendering team leads and upper management useless."
