"I worked for Caspian for about three years. Hired in as a foreman I was quickly moved up to a superintendent. The pay was good but being a 1099 position it had its flaws. Being a person with a family, insurance and certain benefits are important. This company has been around for about 30 years. Caspian employees three superintendence that are direct employees and everyone else are subcontractors. There is not much room to grow. Seeing that this is a very small company the ceiling for advancement and longevity is low.I would not suggest this company to someone who needs more than just a nice paycheck. If money is all you need then this would be the perfect opportunity for you."
