"I enjoyed the work environment on most days, the team is kept small and intimate."

"No advice really needed, the company is a stepping stone and if hiring they will take almost anyone though dont expect to stay with them for too long, within one year you will be looking for a better job."

What don't you like about working at Caspian Services?

"The pay is VERY low, I make less than $26,000 per year and work more than I would at most companies offering over $50,000. The manager / owner tends to drive the work force harder than is necessary, offers on bonuses, incentives or otherwise and many times is flat out rude to the workforce during the work week"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve the pay, lighten the work load and be more appreciative toward the staff."
