"Nothing to much other than when you are first hired in the salary is good and then the raises were poor with good to excellent reviews."

"Look into the manager and ask them questions on what they look for when promoting with-in. Ask about what your raises could be for job well done."

What don't you like about working at Glimcher Realty Trust?

"The managers seem to young and immature. Some were snoby and seemed like they new everything. Not willing to give others a chance unless it was for them. Rewards were shallow to none with very little praise for a job well done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more for the employee. Look at their needs. Promote with-in. Don't just rely on someone with a college degree. Look at their background first."

"this is a bad debt collections company. I was in accounts receivabe post ing payments. I like doing data entry."

"They are a decent company to work for."

What don't you like about working at NCO Group?

"this is a bad debt collections company. The medical benefits were awfull, they had the worst medical provider."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Masnagement was great they pushed when they needed to and motivated the employees."
