"I meet some really dedicated co-workers who have since moved on to other companies. There is at least half a dozen meetings a week with no objective reacted at the end of each meeting."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't interview with this company, recently they hired a woman and she was let go because of contract was being over billed."
What don't you like about working at Cascades Technologies?
"I've never worked at a company as terrible as CTi. They micromanage and have no expertise and don't put their employees in a position to succeed. The only reason it's still in business is marketing and their minority status for federal contracts."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start looking for a new job, because soon you will lose a major contract."
