"No requirements ever given. Tenured employees don't actually do any work and blame everything on developers. There is constant abuse, disgusting behavior and language, and absolutely no process. Everything is your fault. No real enterprise or professional experience from anyone else in the company, just Pure Bro culture, and nobody has any idea what's going on. Lots of inappropriate and abusive behavior is heavily condoned and everyone talks bad about all your coworkers just like management. Don't have to worry about leaving your desk for lunch or bathroom breaks, you won't ever have time and it will be frowned upon. Every week before payday the whole engineering department gets hurled into a frenzy as they are looking who and when to purge."
