"I worked for Carta for 9 months before being laid off due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I enjoyed going into the office and interacting with my coworkers, who were arguably the best part of the job. I have made significant connections by working for Carta. While the technology start-up community tends to be a boys club, I felt very welcome and supported within the company. If you are a woman applying to any position in the company, know your inherent and monetary worth and do not back down from the compensation you deserve."

"My colleagues at Carta were great. Everyone seemed to genuinely care. The open concept can be distracting but is worth it. The CEO and upper management always seemed to care. Be careful around middle management, a lot of them come from huge corporate environments and that really shows in this startup."
