What do you like about working at The Carrera Agency?
"I have never worked with a nicer group of people. It's a small company, and like a family. It's a team oriented environment, with no backstabbing or finger pointing. There is no micro management, no pressure, the managers trust you to get the job done."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It's a small group of Account Managers and IT Talent Managers. You have to know somebody and be referred in order to become part of the team."
What don't you like about working at The Carrera Agency?
"Nothing really. My only complaint would be that we work from home, which is nice, but sometimes you miss the energy and interaction with co-workers."

"None. They are truly amazing, and I feel fortunate to be part of their team."
