"Unless you desperately need a job, you're probably better off working at a call center or some other place where they don't care about you."

What don't you like about working at Carpenter Contractors of America?

"Poor culture, backstabbing is encouraged, success is expected but not rewarded, same with unpaid overtime. Laziness is frowned upon but not punished, same with irresponsibly. CEO doesn't care about employees, nor does upper management. No incentives, low employee morale, no retirement. Very high expectations, very low pay."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Telling your employees that you appreciate them once in a while wouldn't hurt."
