Carolina Skiff Employee

"Proceed with caution! Company is owned and managed by a dictator. They over promise and under deliver on every aspect. You will have zero respect, no work/life balance and will be compensated much less than promised. The company offers 2 weeks of shut down for vacation but they always find a reason which will require you to work. You may get a couple of days off and if you're on salary there is no comp time. The bonuses aren't paid as they will find reasons to adjust the company's targets and budgets that results in zero bonuses paid out or no where near what was promised. The owner and management will curse, demean, and threaten you on a frequent basis. The company literally hires 500-750 people per year, but employee count never increases."
