"This is a small environmental consulting firm (<10 employees) in the greater-Raleigh area. It provides services to government and private clients with a wide variety of environmental regulatory services primarily for land development projects. Though it's a small group, my coworkers were very skilled; however, I felt that training opportunities and growth were limited. In addition, there was an expectation to work >40 hour weeks with no overtime or comp-time."
