"I am working here since 2015 which is a good place to work. They provide work balance for women"
"Great culture- generally upbeat, fun. They did cool little things like when we were narrowly missed by Hurricane Maria we walked in to a sign that said 'Whew, that was close! Enjoy this breakfast!', with a big breakfast spread laid out. The work was challenging but not hyper-kinetic. Over the 19 years we got bigger, more specialized, and more bureaucratic, but still retained a family atmosphere."
"Amazing company with an amazing marketing team that knows how to work together to get things done. The culture is inclusive and fun, while also being driven by data and results."
"I've worked with Carnival for over two years and have nothing but good things to say. My team has always pushed my individual professional growth as well as the overall growth of the department. I've seen professional leadership grow to new heights, fostering thought and performance but not sacrificing a work-life balance."
"Lots of opportunities if you can navigate the chaos."
"Absolutely loved working there, there's so much culture just bashed into one place it's amazing. Hearing the stories from all over the world was nothing short of incredible. The work itself is not too hard, what makes it challenging are some demanding passengers and workmates. Some cons though, you don't get enough time to chat with fellow ship dwellers and you're just a number to the company. So very easily replaced, your value is near zero."
"Growth has been stagnant past few years, brand has had many senior management changes past few years."
"Awesome place to work and create oppertunity for career growth"
