What do you like about working at Carlisle Homes?

"The Owner Perry Thomas. He was my mentor. I have yet to actuall meet another indiviual like him. He is right up there with Zig Zigler and Tony Robbins."

What don't you like about working at Carlisle Homes?

"I did not enjoy the weekends and holidays at 1st, however I just adjusted my routine for week days off being my weekend. he advantages far outweighed the dis advantage."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None. This company was fair, homest, they went to the extremes to help their employees succeed, having realized that all parties if working in synce can achieve great success."
