"I've worked at Carley for over 5 years. They are a stable well paying job, but if you want to advance this job is not for you. They have a history of only promoting family members of upper management and protecting them, even going so far as to take a supervisor job away from a non family member to give it to a cousin when the cousin was in danger of being laid off."
