Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be very careful and look into everything. Be clear on your expectations on compensation, travel reimbursements (they do not pay a per diem), vehicle allowance (reported as taxable income) ect. Whatever they offer you will be subject to change at any given notice in the future."

What don't you like about working at Cargotec?

"Always doing things the cheapest way possible. Tripping over the dollars to pick up the pennies. Sitting on my hands with no control over the situation. Sitting around trying to figure out how to stay broke."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop being so utterly cheap. Your customers and employees deserve better. Honor your commitments to your employees on compensation, training oportunities, travel, work, ect."
