"I worked with Cargill Meat Solutions since January 2008. I started as a regular worker, inspecting meat before it is ready to be placed in a plastic bag to be shrink wrapped. I moved up as an inspector and professional in my area. I currently have about 20 different labels that have 5 numbers per label. Some of the product I take care of we call Japanese because they will be shipped to Japan. They have 7 numbers on them, so they took me a few days to learn the numbers and memorize them."
