"Totally a male oriented company. Took a while to break through the glass ceiling. No benefits and a misguided sense of motivation for the achiever."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To change their commission schedule to enable it to motivate employees. To maintain the high level of service they used to have. It has decreased a great deal which is unfortunate."
