"Even though I've only worked for this company for a few months, it's been a long and great learning curve. From the very beginning they are very patient during training and assisting anyone who needs help at any given moment. They do understand that everyone learns at a different pace and they are willing to also accommodate for their needs in order to improve in various areas as long as hard work is put into it. Overall, it's a great place to learn customer service, medical, and information technology at the same time."

"The lack of team work and group knowledge ofdepartmental information on daily topics and news.Communication among department associates revealed a very high attention to bad attitudes and morale in the office."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Share information on subjects of department interestwith all employees. Needed to have weekly inputmeetings with the department lead, as well as with the manager. A need to know was not shared in mydepartment."
