"There are so many other homecare agencies out there, I highly suggest you look at them. Unless this one becomes under the direction and ownership of their corporate offices its not worth your time and hard work."
What don't you like about working at Careminders Home Care?
"They will cut corners, skirt rules and regs all for their bottom line. Forget getting rewarded for ANY good work you do. Count yourself lucky if they pay you ontime! Dept of Labor is currently investigating."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take it over from the uneducated in the office! This is a franchise and if corporate is smart, they would take it over and replace everyone."
