"I have worked with CarefFirst since 2019 as a Test Automation Engineer. The environment of the work has been great and wonderful in CareFirst and I strongly believe that this company delivers a great product to its users. The location that I work at has around 200 or fewer employees, all dedicated to providing the best experience to its client and users. The company's mission is to provide affordable and accessible health insurance."

The company commends itself on the value it provides to the community and how ethical they are when working with internal and external stakeholders. I found that senior leadership take all the effort to provide that value and holds themselves accountable for their ethical behavior. The company also strives to make the entire workplace adhere to the corporate ethical policies. The company provides number of opportunities for growth and innovation, and more importantly provides the environment to have fun while doing so."

It's hard to advance unless you suck up or are a "favorite", which causes many talented people to leave and seek employment elsewhere."

"I interned for FEPPC CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield for six months, while i was in a Program called Year Up. My internship gave me hands-on experience with working on computers, end users, RAM, deployment project, helpdesk/desktop support. I was one of there best interns there at that time and before me. I picked up on a lot different things, I am a very quick learner and I could pass on what I learned to the other interns. I also managed three other interns as well trained two more that came."
