"The advancement opps weren't there, I maxed my comp plan for the year and I would have next year, I wanted a challenge with havin a bigger number to hit for the year."

"Have regular 1on1's with your team, have a 1on1 per quarter is not being a team player. Nor is not caring about when your team members show up or how they dress."
