Thomson takes pride in training their salesforce with the very best resources available in the professional services space."

"I loved CareerArc when I joined the company, but the organization has encountered a number problems in 2020, which were exacerbated by COVID-19. The company went through a major hiring spree before conducting two rounds of layoffs this year. Then it sold the outplacement portion of the company for a cash infusion. Then the CEO/founder left the company. Unfortunately, all the changes have led to a major drop in morale as well as a business focus. Many long term employees have left in recent months, and more are on their way out."

CEO is very open and a great leader of people and teams. The only area of improvement is the overall structure, too top-heavy in management, otherwise a great company."
