Care to Stay Home Employee

"I worked for Care to Stay Home as a Care Manager. The reviews for this company are positive, but the reality is that the workplace culture and compensation are poor. The organization preaches how immoral and illegal behaviors are unacceptable. In some instances, the executive team has to be told repetitively about such behaviors before action is taken. In some instances, action is not taken. This is a reason why they struggle to keep managers onboard. I was at the company for six months, and the company went through two Human Resources Directors from just before I got hired, to the time that I resigned."
