"I enjoyed working with the clients in helping them qualify for Medicaid programs and services to help them live independently in the home and community."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would suggest that individuals interviewing for this type of work that the travel is more than they tell you in the interview it is at least 80% travel than the 50% they describe. Also, there's considerable computer/desk work involved."
What don't you like about working at Wyoming Service for Independent Living?
"It was a very political environment, and there was blatant nepotism."

"The management needed a facelift. New faces that had the mission as a desired goal."

"Please consider applying elsewhere, the insurance is honestly not worth the stuff you will have to go through and for the little money you will be paid. RUN."

"The politics and games, not being able to move up or to ever get a raise."

"The lack of room for growth. I would like to see more responsibility and have more projects to work on throughout the day."

"I would suggest a way to provide more career growth opportunities for employees, and alotting more job responsibility to aid in advancing our professional skills."

"I loved that it was a field I had not worked in before and I was able to learn on the job as well as get my certifications in DME accomplished. I went into the position without qualifications and during my almost 2 years employed there, I accomplished more than what I set out of to do."

"There was not opportunity for much growth as it was a small and new department of the company."
