What don't you like about working at Cardinal Shower Enclosures?

"I moved my family from Michigan to Massachusetts without knowing any friends or relatives in the area. I took a big risk to see if I had what it takes to succeed. I accepted this position with a promise of a six figure salary if I could turn this struggling branch around. It has been 5 years and the sales went from 1.3 million in 2007 to 5.5 million this year. I deserve to be rewarded. I am highly recognized throughout the company. Now it is time for me to move on and try another adventure."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"As a manager myself, I have a great deal of suggestions and advice to give. One thing that sells is exceptional customer service. My industry has my customers paying 10 to 20 percent more for my product due to our lead times, quality and customer service. I have the numbers to prove it."
