"Before the cardinal group I was working at SoL Apartments on E University Drive, Tempe AZ under Preferred Apartment Communities. The Cardinal Group LIVES by their core values, sometimes to a fault. After working both full and part-time positions, I can confidently say you will feel welcome in the organization however this will vary WIDELY depending on the property you are employed at. Their compensation is fair to slightly good. I was paid a minimum wage of $12.15 (minimum wage for the state of AZ as of 01/04/2022) and given the opportunity to secure $35 commission on any lease I was able to close. Benefits for full-time employees start immediately but you must be the one that contacts HR to get your insurance cards and other information."
